How it works
If a piece reaches you with a fabric or stitching fault, you choose a replacement or your money back. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of your parcel arriving and send a photo. We replace the piece or refund you in full, delivery included. A size that does not fit is covered separately by our size exchange, within 7 days.
Before you order
Is it only for sleeping?
No. The PJ sets are made for cosy nights and comfy days. Soft and warm for bedtime, and just as comfortable for lounging at home, playtime or a relaxed day out with family. The fleece co-ords are made for everyday wear.
What is it made of?
The fleece PJ sets are 95% cotton, 5% spandex, inside and out. The inside is a fine, soft fleece, as soft as newborn clothing on their skin. The bit of spandex gives a gentle stretch, so it is easy to sleep and move in. Machine wash cold with similar colours, no bleach, iron on low heat, inside out. The fleece co-ords are a light, warm fleece that is easy to move in. Each design shows its own fabric and care on its page.
Is it safe for my child’s skin?
Every fleece PJ set is Class A under China’s national children’s clothing standard, GB 31701. Class A is the strictest class, the one set for baby clothing. Each piece is also graded First Grade Product. Imported, Korean style.
Cotton or fleece, which one does my child need?
Fleece is for the colder months. Our cotton nightwear is the lighter choice for warmer rooms. Many mothers keep both.
Which size should I take?
Sizes run by age, 6-9M to 5-6Y. Take your child’s usual age size. Tap Size guide on any design to see its measurements. Still not sure? Send us your child’s age and height on WhatsApp and we will tell you which size to take.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes. If another size suits your child better, we swap it. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your parcel arriving.
When do I pay?
Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. The parcel comes to your door and you pay the rider in cash when he hands it to you. Delivery is 3-7 days, and free when you take any 2 pieces.
How do I know this is a real brand?
Kuku Kids has been running since June 2026. 291+ mothers have ordered from us, online and in person, and every single one of those orders was delivered. We are on Instagram as @kuvupk, and we answer on WhatsApp before you buy and after.
Why does my saving grow with every piece?
More pieces travel in one parcel. I pay for one delivery instead of several, and I pass that saving on to you. The more you add, the more I can give back.

About the 10% code. When your parcel arrives, message me on WhatsApp and tell me which one your little one reached for first. I will then contact you myself and send a code made only for you. It is one code per customer, for one order, valid for 90 days, and tied to your phone number or email. It is sent once your order is delivered and kept. It takes 10% off everything on that next order. It does not combine with the Rs saving. Free delivery and the lower accessory prices still apply.
Why I do it this way
I am Fasiha, a mother of two. I run this myself, mom to mom. There is no big brand and no big team behind it.
A small first order is always welcome. Trust is earned one parcel at a time, and I am happy to earn yours.
A bigger basket is where this little shop starts to earn. The saving is my way of sharing that with you, and of saying thank you.

What counts as a piece?
Everything in the shop counts. Frocks, co-ord sets, nightwear, winter pieces, all of them. Accessories do not count, and neither does the free surprise gift that comes with your dresses.
Pick the print your child will love, take the usual age size, and pay when it arrives. If the size is not right, we will swap it.
